Business continuity: awareness and training programmes

States that business survival depends on the assured continuity of core business activities and supporting services. Business continuity (BC) plans are therefore developed to provide this assurance, but the best laid plans of mice and men can and often do go astray because the details of the plans are not effectively communicated to the people responsible for implementing them. There is no doubting the power of communication as a vital ingredient to success in all endeavours.
